  • Helps survivors of domestic violence married to U.S. citizens or other lawful permanent residents get lawful permanent resident status through the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) act.
  • Assists survivors of certain crimes, like domestic violence, obtain Delayed Action and Employment Authorization when the victim is willing to help prosecute the criminal perpetrator.

  • 24-hour crisis hotline: provides crisis intervention, referral information, and emotional support to anyone dealing with the aftermath of rape and sexual assault: 1-800-794-4175.
  • Free sexual assault exams and kit collections in a compassionate, non-hospital setting. Exams gather DNA and other evidence from the survivor’s body and can be performed within 96 hours of a rape or sexual assault. Call  the 24-hour hotline 1-800-794-4175 or you can walk into the office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
  • Compassionate support, referrals, and resources to survivors and their loved ones, assisting them through every step of the healing process.
  • In-depth talk therapy to assist survivors and their loved ones in exploring their long-term healing needs.
  • Counseling services include individual, couples, family, and group therapy for all those dealing with the emotional impact of sexual violence—regardless of when it occurred. 
  • Support groups give sexual assault survivors a safe place to find strength and healing in the company of other survivors.
